Meet the Team

Mel has spent more than 25 years in and around New Zealand businesses, nearly a decade of it working side by side with Kiwi trades, contracting and blue-collar businesses, helping them get paid. Together we have worked with over 350 New Zealand businesses.

She founded Paid Right NZ, and her full story is on Meet the founder.

John is a big part of what happens behind the scenes. He has been heavily involved in the R&D, technology and infrastructure that supports the business, from wrangling CRMs and migrating systems to getting forms, automations and processes working the way they should.

He has also played a key role in the development work behind our credit control diagnostic tools, turning a lot of “what if we could make it do this?” conversations into something practical and usable. In short, John is our get-it-done person for the technology behind the business.

Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, relationship management, customer experience and business operations, alongside her own experience as a business owner.

“I understand that strong business relationships are built on trust, integrity and genuinely understanding what people need. I'm excited to connect with business owners, and be someone they can genuinely trust to listen, understand and help them find solutions that make a positive difference.”

Kylie is very client focused, with 27 years of sales experience and many sales awards from various roles. She is well known for her bubbly, happy, get-the-job-done personality.

Outside work she is a proud wife and mum of three, a keen squash player, and loves walking, travelling, road trips and time in nature.
